This client was a NEO senior care brand looking to improve their social media presence with a full brandscape audit.
Position Overview

Conducted comprehensive audit of client and multiple competitors. Presented findings and recommendations to C-suite and board of Eliza Jennings via a presentation of 141 slides.
Responsibilities include:
Market Research
Conducts comprehensive audit of the web content, social media, and email marketing presence of national and regional competitors of established northeast Ohio senior care brand.
Digital Marketing Consulting
Develops research-based recommendations and related tools for the client team to implement.
Client-Facing Communications
Presents to the client team on the project plan, audit findings, and strategic recommendations.
Collaboration
Works with a team of peers and the marketing director via weekly Zoom meetings and through Basecamp to advance project goals.
Tools & Apps Used
Slickplan
Designed and displayed a suggested Wireframe for new website design.

Basecamp
Project Management Software. Housed all team communication and tasks. Organized all docs and files.

Zoom
Meeting method for all team and client meetings. Presented to client via zoom by sharing screen and trading off voice control.

Google Forms
Used a form template for each organization to submit our findings. Findings included: website strengths and weaknesses, social media following and engagement metrics.

Google Slides
Created a slide deck to present to the client, added visually appealing metrics and included links to all data collected in Google Forms.

Outcomes


Was able to deliver constructive news to the client in a meaningful way that gave them the tools to redesign their website up to industry standards.
Gave them tools to:
- Redesign their website.
- Include more accessibility features such as a chat bot for easy searching, and a higher legibility.
- Use team created templates to feature a seamless look on social media platforms.
- Improve their weaknesses and capitalize on their strengths.
- Create a Canva-for-Nonprofit account, allowing them to take charge of their own design.
- Follow a team created content calendar that outlines a posting schedule plan encompassing all strategic recommendations.
