
My name is Juliet Penrod. I am a results-driven Membership and Marketing Coordinator at the Association for Educational Communications & Technology (AECT), where I specialize in membership engagement, digital marketing strategy, and community growth.
With a newly earned MBA in Business Analytics from Baldwin Wallace University, I combine data-driven decision-making with creative marketing solutions to strengthen member experiences and expand organizational reach.
In addition to my work at AECT, I am the Co-Founder of Together Trend Marketing LLC, where I help small businesses and professionals elevate their brands through tailored digital strategies, from SEO and social media to content and email marketing. I also founded The NeuroSpicy Nook, a resource and community hub dedicated to empowering neurodivergent adults by providing articles, tools, and curated products designed to support ADHD, Autism, and beyond.
My academic and professional journey—from undergraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Spanish, and Business Analytics to my MBA—has equipped me with a strong foundation in both the technical and human sides of marketing. I thrive at the intersection of analytics and creativity, using insights to craft campaigns that don’t just reach people—they resonate.

Piloting AI for Marketers
I use this certification every single day in any marketing related project I undertake. AI is pivotal to marketing in 2025 and this cert gave me tons of resources and tips to capitalize on the diverse uses of AI in the marketing field.

Excel Expert Certification
This IACT (International Academy of Computer Training) cert honed my Excel skills. I use this daily for data analytics and in my courses as a part of the Business Analytics MBA Program.

Bloomberg Market Concepts
Learned concepts relating to finance and the stock market on Bloomberg Terminal for monitoring and analyzing real-time financial market data. I use this knowledge in classes and client projects for reading financial documents and working with numbers.

Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
Used in multiple client projects for accurate reporting of data and collection of graphs. Used in client presentations for education and to decide future marketing strategies.

Digital Advertising
This course taught me the fundamentals of paid media and how to plan a successful paid media campaign. Used as a part of client projects as a part of the Digital Marketing Center.

AI Powered Shopping Ads
This Google-powered cert proved fundamental for setting up successful online advertising campaigns. I use this for my small business and to manage client’s businesses as a part of the Digital Marketing Center.
